Since I travel in the RV's that I rent, I am familiar with all of the equipment and I provide a detailed tutorial for all renters and welcome first-time renters. RV was clean and in good working order. Host was very organized and informative regarding the RV functionality and insured we had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Pickup and drop of were easy and uneventful.

This is the 2nd time we have rented from Jan and once again we were very pleased with every aspect of the rental process and especially the RV. My daughter and I went on a kayak trip at Turkey Run over Memorial Day weekend and we had an amazing time. It was so nice to come back and get out of the heat inside the RV. This RV is so easy to drive, if you have any reservations about driving an RV this is a great one to start with. Jan has the RV packed with the essentials and then some. We will definitely rent from her again soon.

No issues with RV. We didn't use the gray water and black water. We didn't use the generator or furnace or run any water or toilet due to proximity to showers, laundry and toilet facilities at RV park and we had to cut our trip short 1 day due to impending winter storm throughout the country. Jan communicated concerns with us about our travels and weather forecast and was very concerned for our safety. We were able to beat the snow storm and got the RV and ourselves home safely.

We had an amazing trip to Sleeping Bear dunes National park. My husband and I stayed at the Platte river campground. The RV was very easy to maneuver and we left camp to explore the area and found it super easy to get in and out of the site to do so. The RV is in excellent condition and Jan was an amazing host. We will be renting from Jan again in the future. Thanks again for sharing your RV with us.
