RV was a good price, but actual condition is rougher than the description and pictures. Owner was helpful in getting hooked up and walking us through the trailer. Overall this was okay rental.

Lisa was great to work with and her trailer was what I expected. Only real issue was that there was an electrical problem which caused the lights and trailer break to go out intermittently. Caused me to over use my truck breaks and have to extend travel time.

This was our first time using Outdoorsy to rent a privately-owned RV, so we were naturally nervous. Learning how to use the Outdoorsy website was a little daunting. I would recommend to the Outdoorsy team to create YouTube videos to explain the best practices when renting through their website as well as improve their response time for customer service requests.However, the saving grace to our troubles with using the Outdoorsy website/customer service agents was the assistance of the Belfor's! They were fantastic! Without them, we would not have been able to enjoy our vacation. When we met the Balfor's to receive their RV trailer, their confidence and experience made us feel at ease and ready to start our RV adventure. We decided to use our 15 passenger Chevy 2500 Express Van tow and hook up their RV trailer at a local KOA RV camp. Their RV trailer had everything we needed to connect the hitch and vehicle running lights, level the trailer, hook up the utilities, and comfortably house our 8-person family. We especially enjoyed the trailer AC which make quick work to cool down the RV during the hot summer days/nights of our vacation. So, would we rent from them (or use Outdoorsy) again? Absolutely! We are planning another trip next year and hope they are still around.For those using Outdoorsy for the first time, make sure you openly communicate with your rentor and keep them in the loop if your plans change. They are there to help and appreciate the extra consideration. An important lesson we learned is that RV beds do not have the same comfort level as your personal bed in your bedroom. We would recommend getting a memory foam bed topper for the RV beds. It made all the difference in the world to getting a good night sleep! If you are renting an 8-10 person RV and staying at a KOA-style location (like we did), make sure to park near the public restrooms. This makes things much easier when you have multiple restrooms to use instead of sharing one RV trailer bathroom. Lastly, if you have AAA use it to your advantage. You can get some great discounts using their card services.
