Jon was super responsive and helpful in walking us through the rig. The trailer was clean, in good condition, everything worked, and it was the perfect size for our family of four.

Jon was very responsive and easy to communicate with while booking, during and after the trip. He was very thorough during the walk thru of the rig when I picked it up. Everything worked as expected and we were so happy that we extended our trip for a couple more days.

We found Jon's unit to be exactly as stated and everything in working order. Not only did Jon give us a walk thru but he made sure we understood how everything worked. He also asked if we would need folding chairs, etc. since we were camping along the beach. They stocked the unit with sheets, towels, cooking utensils, etc.
Especially loved the extra room with the slide out. Great experience!!
