The generator starting was a constant worry the entire trip. The battery voltage indicator on the Midwest HTMI indicated near to low voltage even after supposedly being charged all day by the solar system. The solar HTMI indicated Full (13.1 V) but the Midwest panel indicated something always less (e.g. 12.0 V). The generator may not have started if the battery being charged was too low. The battery alone wasn't capable of raising the bed or operating the stove, so it was critical to have the generator operational. Even after running the generator for hours the battery voltage never recharged to 13 V. Hooking up for several hours to an external power supply at a campground was the only means of fully restoring the battery. Externally powering the van on two occasions during the 2 week travel period, combined with running the generator in the morning and in the evening during cooking, bathing, lighting and lowering the bed was enough to keep everything operational. The only item powered during the day, off the solar charged battery, was the refrigerator. The gray water and black water tank level indicators were way off. After draining the tank the level still indicated 37%. There was a gas leak on the system. After filling to 100% LP, within an hour it was down to 92%. I could smell gas on the outside of the van near the fill area. The leak rate diminished as the tank level dropped, so I was able to complete the 13 day trip with one refill. The black water valve body leaked to the exterior while the valve was opened to drain to a dump station. I had to hose down the area. That was embarrassing. The cap to the flexible sewer hose housing didn't fit. I had to use a bungee cord to secure the cap to the housing. The van had a great deal of space. The owners obliged me by removing the two rear seats. That made for a lot of space to maneuver around. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of towels were provided for bathing, dishes, rags for cleaning, etc.

Beautiful RV and super clean! My only caution for future renters is to be careful about running on the battery for very long without the generator. Once the charge goes down too far you can’t run the stove or microwave even with the generator on. That lead to a pan full of raw scrambled eggs one morning lol. Would definitely rent again. Thanks for a great trip.

Michael was great to work with, and helped us out greatly with a last minute reservation. This van is NICE. We drove it over a long weekend through south east New Mexico. We were so comfortable, and I was pleasantly surmised how easy and smooth this van was to drive. Has all the amenities you need for a long weekend trip. No problems setting up at the KOA’s we stayed it. Highly recommend if you are looking for comfort on your adventure, and a great host to work with.

You can not go wrong when renting this "Bad Boy". It is the smoothest ride and gets great fuel mileage. We drove it to Arkansas and back. A total of 26hours and it was easy. We hit wind and rain along the way and this machine handled it like a champ. It has wind assistance that helps you correct when big gusts of wind come out of no where. The only time we had to really stop was to fuel up. The kids enjoyed being able to relax and play vidoe games while we were traveling. They could use the restroom on board and we didn't have to stop every 150 miles like we normally do. In Arkansas we were also able to tailgate at the game in the sprinter. Everyone had a blast and loved the awning with the LED lights. The host was available at all times and always answered any questions I had while we were on the trip. We will be renting this for our next trip.

Michael was a wonderful owner to deal with all the time. The Sprinter is a perfect travel van. All the systems are first class and easy to master. Best thing I can say is we can’t wait to rent it again!!

We loved the vehicle—for comfort and smooth, solid highway driving. We loved the freedom to park on BLM land and have everything we need for a night without hook up. Gas mileage was surprisingly good. Mike was very communicative and flexible. We look forward to more explorations in the Sprinter in the future.

Our family had a blast traveling around beautiful New Mexico in Michael's camper van! We went snow-sledding in Taos (US Hill), sight-seeing at Philmont, sand-sledding at White Sands, and visited hot springs in T or C. We plugged in at local campgrounds and had a great night's sleep each night. Michael responded immediately to all of our questions. It was so convenient to use the camper van for our transportation, meals, and lodging. I highly recommend it!

Great van for getting across the country safely during pandemic to take care of my mother. The vehicle was SPARKLING clean, well-stocked, and exactly as advertised. Bed was comfy even for two 6-footers. Mike was very available for questions from van-life newbies. The van drives really well, even in lots of snow!

Thank you Michael for helping in making our trip memorable. The RV was awesome, it being new of course made it much nicer. The tech to include the wifi and tvs were enjoyed by the kids. Easy to drive and great gas mileage were a plus. Overall great RV if looking for something which can go almost anywhere.
Thanks again for everything.
