RV was as described and perfect for our family of 6. $100 for pick up and drop off at the airport was easy and convenient. Brian was responsive and super helpful with all our questions. Will rent again if we are in the area.

Brian went above and beyond in renting his families RV to us. He was very thorough in his walk through and super responsive in all our communication. We had one mishap in literally the last hour of our rental when the battery went dead and we could not jump the RV for the life of us. We were 30 minutes away from Brian's home to drop it off. Brian then went above and beyond to figure things out by going and buying a new battery and driving my vehicle to us. Then he drove to our home to help unload the RV and helped me figure out a way into our house because our garage door opener had been shut off during a storm while we were gone. I guess you can't always rely on smart home garages, but you can certainly rely on Brian in helping make your experience the best one you can have. Thank you Brian!

Although a mechanical issue came in the RV, but the way Brian handled the entire situation is beyond words. One hell of a guy. I have never met anyone who is so caring about their customers. He drove all the way from SLC to West Yellowstone the same night when he came to know about the mechanical issue with the RV and fixed it himself. Not only that, he also asked his dad to drop us to the airport on our way back. You wouldn’t find many people with such a big heart easily in today’s world. He refunded us more than 65% of the money. Sometimes such mechanical problem can happen and I do not held him completely accountable for this, and I am very sure he will not let this happen anymore. I definitely recommend other outdoorsy customers to book his RV. Brian you rock! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Brian and his wife were wonderful! They went out of their way to make sure our trip was perfect. They helped us plan our trip, from airport pickup to where to visit on our way to our destination of Wyoming! The Rv drove good and was very comfortable too. I definitely will book with them on our next visit west!!

What an absolutely perfect experience...we had an amazing time and this RV was fantastic!! Everything worked perfectly, so many extra amenities, generator and power was perfect! We dry camped with no hook ups for 3 days and had enough water for 2-3 showers a day, AC when needed and the owner Brian went above and beyond for us!! I would very highly recommend this booking!...thanks for an amazing time :)

Owner was very nice. Explained RV adequately. Demonstrated use while the engine was on.
RV got us to/from destination a short distance away without problem.
The refrigerator/freezer stopped working. Alarms went off during the night despite zero use of power. The generator worked if we turned the engine on. However we were not allowed to use the generator after 10pm by park rules. We then were reluctant to use any power or amenities at all, even the water pump at night. These issues clearly detracted from the experience. The prior renter seemed also to have had trouble with the battery power. This probably should have been looked into prior to the rental. Would be difficult for us to recommend this RV.

We took this RV on a trip from Utah to Illinois, Texas and then home with our 6 kids. Brian was excellent to work with. The RV performed quite well, and we had a great trip. Would definitely recommend.
