This is our first experience using an RV, and we used it to travel between states to sleep and stay in an environment we could keep clean and sanitized.Renting it using Outdoorsy was a breeze.Picking it up was very good. Walter was very helpful, offering help to connect it to the car (offering a better car hitch), and describing how to use it. Though there were one or two things that we did not understand or not discussed in the pickup, we were able to contact him during the trip, he responded in minutes and we were able to solve most of our doubts and problems. The trailer is small and light; we were able to pull it with a 4 cylinder Subaru Outback. Of course the car felt sluggish and engine worked harder, but it is an RV and a 4 cylinder. We were able to drive at 65-70 MPH.It is small, so people taller than 5.3" will need to put the head down using the shower and walking on the bed or table areas, the RV's middle zone allows taller people (6.5"ish) to stand upright. WC and shower were small but worked good, water heater was very good (for small amounts of water, but heats good and relatively quickly), and range/microwave were good. The insulation is not very good (specially windows), so even with the heater on you might feel your head cold when sleeping with the head near the window with temperatures below 40F.We ran with two problems while using it:- The heater: sometimes it started immediately and others took up to 1 hour before starting; we don't know why. When it started it heated the space nicely. We reported this to Walter, and he said he will have it checked. We bought a small 750W electric heater that was capable enough to heat the trailer while the propane heater was not starting.- Water entering the trailer floor under the bed when driving on rain (we saw 1 to 2 cups of water). All our belongings that were on the floor got wet and we have to dry them in two different opportunities/rainy days. Walter told us the trailer had a tire blown just before we took it; we saw some damage under the wheel well (were probably the water is getting in). It was reported to Walter too, and he said he will address it on our way back.It was a fair experience (would have been great without the two problems we had. Without these we would have given a 5 star review). After fixing these two problems, we will rent it again.
