we had a awesome trip it’s great having a smaller one if it’s your first time it’s a lot like driving a U-Haul so if you’ve done that before it will feel natural! Easy drop off and pick up

this was my first experience towing a trailer and I sure am glad it was with Derek. not only did he provide all of the hardware necessary, but also many furnishings, appliances and even silverware and cookware. the trailer is in great shape, everything works and I really appreciated that he took 30 minutes to train me on the operations.

Derek was easy to work with as far as picking up the RV.
However, we had to deal with raw sewage on the trip because the black holding tank had not been dumped and properly cleaned.
Following Derek's instructions, we hooked up the dump hose and opened the valve; very little drained out.
Also following Derek's instructions we connected the rinse hose and turned it on.
Because the black tank had not been dumped and cleaned out there was a blockage that resulted in the toilet backing up and overflowing into the RV.
It took over an hour to dislodge the clog and when it came out, I was doused with raw sewage and a big wad of wipes and what looked like face cloths; very disgusting. This happened the night before departure, because the RV smelled, we left and drove home.
We have pictures of the crap that came out and these were provided Derek.
His response was that it is not his responsibility and I would have to make a claim with Outdoorsy.
Our losses include one night of RV site rental, along with a number of items thrown away.
Other items were sent to be cleaned.
Please let me know how to make a claim.
