We provide RVs for extended trips with the idea of having large living space, comforts of home, and easy to use features. We know the “renter’s experience” as we recently rented an RV to vacation in Europe for six weeks and fully understand how important customer service and availability is, especially when you’re renting from strangers. All our RVs are well maintained and have an annual “Pre-Delivery Inspection” to ensure all systems are working per your expectations and our standards. Please let us know where you’re traveling or consider traveling and we are available to assist you, from booking until safely at home. Renter will receive a packet of condensed “how to use” features, points of interest that fit your vacation, emergency numbers, etc. We are a “eConnect’ member of Showcase RV Hub that has a national network of parts, service, owners, etc. to network our RV renters with their propriety software to connect all aspects or owning/renting an RV, plus a 24/7 Call Center. John is an excellent host and easy to work with. The rv was a great first time experience. We were running late and had to leave the rv in poor condition but John worked with us to get it taken care of. 10/10 would book again.

If I could leave them ZERO stars I would. The owner was not the one I was being communicating with on the phone. They were both very unprofessional and didn't seem to be on the same page with information. I had to meet the owner on the side of the road because he was having issues with his landlord. I received a phone call from John around noon on the day we were scheduled to pick up RV saying the previous renters had broken the awning. Our trip was to Grand Coulee WA so I was very hot and sunny. Having no awning meant no shade at our campsite. The RV was also very smelly. Stale cigarette smoke and old car smell. Almost unbearable for a 5 hour trip in very hot weather.Engine had very little power so going over the mountains was a little sketchy. Dash vent controls would stop working randomly so the heat or AC would sporadically blow on you. Or not work at all. We wanted to bring an 8ft trailer so we wouldn't have to keep coolers and things inside with 3 kids and lab in the back. When we tried to hook it up, the tow hitch was locked. We asked and John said they don't allow towing but would have been nice to be aware because we used it on other Outdoorsy RV rentals in the past.And the worst part of the Rental with Keith and John, the water tank leaked. When we picked it up Keith said it showed 2/3 full but he knew it was full because he just filled it. We saw it leaking on or trip. We never even turned on the water for our trip and was charged $75 to fill it. Generator did not work either. It would click on and stay running for 5-10 min or so then turn off and not turn back on. The AC, microwave or any of the outlets were 120V so they didn't work without it.And lastly I was sure to ask John at what time I had to return rental....on the side of the road again. He said before the trip he was flexible because they did not have a scheduled rental until later in the week. He even said that if he got back too late we could keep it parked at my house overnight and he and Keith would pick it up in the morning. When we got back from trip and unloaded I called John and asked if it be possible to keep it overnight since it was around 7:00pm. He then said no they need it back ASAP so they could try to fix awning. It was just a lack of communication with the owner of the RV and John who was the one I talked with on the phone.

Patrishia, I apologize if I or my team members came off as unprofessional. Yes, my landlord did state I couldn't have renters coming over to house. We met you very close to house and had no impact on your rental. Yes, the previous renter damaged the awning. We included a pop-up tent for shade. All our listings state NO TOWING ALLOWED. There's a water overflow. RV was returned with water level very low. The RV doesn't have a single time of slowly going up pass. If you had generator issue, why didn't you call 24/7 tech call center. Generator was recently tuned up & maintenance before previous rental. There's an automatic generator turn off mechanism on all RVs. I think you were upset on phone for return, but tech had parts to repair awning and RV had a rental booked. We run a commercial deoxidizer before all rentals to remove all smells and germs. RV is posted on listing to return at 3:00pm. That's not fair to other renters and their trips because you got back so late. John

The host was very responsive and accommodating. Everything went smoothly. I picked up the RV with less than a full fresh water tank and half full gray water tank. I was disappointed to be charged for both these tanks upon return.

Rented this RV for 3-day show at the Gorge with 3 adults. Had an absolute blast - the RV had everything that we needed! He even included camping chairs, which was really nice - we had our own but we made friends at the show so it was great to have extras. The RV was clean, sleeping arrangements were comfy, and the water & power systems were easy to use. We had plenty of water & generator power for all 3 days.But the best part was how helpful John was. He was really thorough explaining everything, and so kind and relaxed. We had one small issue on the way back (the center console screen didn't turn on for radio/ maps) and he tried to troubleshoot with us over the phone. Turns out we had just flipped a battery switch off, whoops! We could text or call him any time and he'd pick up and walk us through everything.He's seriously such a sweet guy - wanted to look through photos & videos with me of the show at the end. He asked me if I had any feedback/ things I'd change and I gave him a few small suggestions (like to keep a step stool on board for short people like me!) Just make sure to build in time picking up and dropping off your vehicle because he'll talk your ear off and ask you to tell stories of your trip!

The trip was very nice. The trees, the ocean. The RV was a very good RV but many simple little things that had nothing to do with the RV itself went wrong. For instance, there were no knifes in the RV. We got out in the middle of no where and need to cut things and had nothing. Big inconvenience. Next the RV had no drapes, but only the pull down shades. The problem was that pull down shades were broken and did not go up at all. So it was very dark inside the whole time. This is aweful. Then, the handle was missing on the Sewer drain release valve. The valves were also mis identified. They had gray for black water and black for gray water. The also had no gloves that would fit a man. Here are three of maybe 6 things that ruined my experience. Others, Remote is wrong for the device it controls. It doesnt work. The dvds stop because they are scratched. The bath door is very very hard to close.
