My husband and I have daughters in their 20s but just welcomed our son in early 2021. We have three grandkids and enjoy spending time with our kids and grandkids outside. Our favorite place to camp within Michigan is Ludington State Park and Cran Hill Ranch.

This was our first experience with Outdoorsy. We picked the perfect camper and host for a great experience!! Niesha was very responsive to all of our inquiries. The camper was is great condition and had everything we needed to make it an enjoyable stay. We added the Blackstone grill to the trip and that made cooking for our group a breeze. Thank you Niesha and Outdoorsy.

Let's start with the positive - prompt delivery, loved the outdoor kitchen, the bunkhouse was a huge plus for my 6-year old and friends, the queen bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in a trailer.Like the previous review stated, we also had plumbing issues. I purchased RV toilet paper to use when I noticed regular Quilted Northern in the cupboard. I am probably cleaner than most, so I try to be a little lenient, but we found dried up food/wrappers, dust/dirt and just yuck all over. We definitely returned the trailer in cleaner condition that we received it. I had to wipe down the stove, microwave, shelves, etc. The bathroom was filled with the owner's items, so there wasn't room to put my toiletries. There was not a large garbage bin to place outside, only a very small bathroom trash bin under the kitchen sink. Luckily a friend we were with had an extra we could borrow. We also ran out of propane after 1.5 days and had to purchase a tank, which we left for the owner to use. There were two tanks and both were empty. Apparently it's an add on to request propane, which seems silly if you are going to cook, shower or heat the trailer. I looked at the listing and after clicking through several drop-downs, it's in the last part, but still not entirely clear. Should have been listed at the beginning under what is not included since that is how the listing starts. They also did not leave us a key, but thankfully we stayed in a safe place where we didn't need to worry much about leaving the trailer unlocked when we left the campground.

I recently rented an RV from Niesha for my 9 day camping trip with my family. While the trailer was well stocked with blankets, sheets, chairs, and kitchen items, which was a positive aspect, there was a notable issue with the toilet and sewage system that was smelly, gross, and limited the perk of having a working bathroom in the trailer. We have small children, so this is one of the reasons we rent a trailer in the first place. The owners gave us suggestions that only temporarily mitigated the problem of the clogged and overflowing toilet. The provided toilet paper not suitable for RV use and likely contributed to the problem. However, the trailer itself was great, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. With the exception of the toilet and sewage issues, the overall experience with the trailer was positive.
