Super easy to work with. Showed us how to do all the things we needed to know and answered any questions if we had any while on the trip. We would highly recommend renting using Waconia RV Rentals and we most definitely will be using them again when we go back to the area!

Overall good experience. The owner was quick to reply when we had any questions. The RV was clean and nice.

Overall, I would not recommend renting from this RV owner. During our trip, the awning tore the first time we tried to open it, despite following the opening instructions from the owner. Upon returning the RV, we were informed by the owner that we would be charged for a new awning, despite our opinion that this Should either be covered by the owner since it was in poor condition or at the very least should be a shared cost. The owner also charged us for a chip in the windshield. Overall, the experience with the owner was disappointing.
