About Jay Harpp

I have loved getting into the outdoors since I was a kid. I started camping and hiking in high school and got more adventurous with rock and ice climbing in college, winter camping, backcountry skiing etc. Once I met my wife, I found a partner in adventure seeking and we spent many years backpacking, doing hut trips, car camping, and exploring Colorado together. When kids came into the fold we knew our tent days were behind us and now we are the proud owners of a travel trailer!

Jay was delightful to rent from and had me off and running in no time after a thorough walk-through. The camper was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. No complaints from any of the three kids, and my wife and I slept soundly as well. It's well taken care of, and my Subaru Ascent pulled this thing with zero issues. Can't wait to rent from Jay again!

This was exactly what our family needed. Having a refrigerator and comfy beds to sleep on at night was perfect after we got back from a long hike. The space was perfect for two kids (7, 10). Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was great with communication, drop off details and helpful. Thank you for a great weekend. Highly recommend working with him.

Jay was amazing to work with! Some owners nickel & dime you with outrageous fees for such little things — NOT this owner. Jay was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip; proper hitch, full propane tanks, generator for nominal fee and included an extra propane tank for generator use. The trailer worked great for us for a fall camping trip. Highly recommend this trailer and Jay. Wonderful experience!

The owner was so helpful and knowledgeable for us RV first-timers! Would definitely book again :) We had a great time and had pretty much everything we needed for a successful trip. If I had to pick anything to add to the RV, it would just be a couple of command hooks for towels, trash bags, etc in a few places (just to help keep things off the floor). Aside from that, the only issue we had was with the gray water tank levels. At 100% empty the indicator showed it was half full... which made it had to know when we really were full. Great time otherwise!

Our trip was amazing, I can't recommend this RV and owner enough. Without Jay's help, our trip may not have happened at all. He was accommodating, helpful and always prompt with communication before, during and after the trip. I was lacking some experience and equipment but Jay had me covered. The RV was exactly as listed and very clean. Can't wait to get another trip on the calendar and rebook this RV!
