About Chai's RV rentals

In 2020 when covid hit, I moved out of my van that I had lived in for a year and into an apartment. With my hospitality background, I decided to start renting out my van and it did so well that I got a second van, "Mercy". In 2021, I formed an LLC to start renting other people's vans out on consignment. We now have 5 vans and counting! We are open to meeting unique van owners that would like to add their van to our managed fleet and take part in our consignment program. We reserve the weekends for our family and responding to guests that are currently on their trip. I have a 7 year old son who lights up my life! He Loves our van trips. I absolutely love Colorado and the magic of the Rocky Mountains! We have had amazing guests since I started renting out my vans and we look forward to making your unique van trip the best we can possibly make it!

We had an amazing 12 day trip in Ivy, she provided comfort and functionality. The perfect van for our travels. Chai and Sara were great to work with and we will highly recommend them to our friends, for their camping adventures.

Loved this van. We were able to fit our infant and 5 year old comfortably (along with the two of us adults) comfortably into this setup. Everything worked really well and I was continually impressed with the build, usability and available extras that Chai and crew had included. The whole experience went smoothly. We hope to rent it again!

The van’s amenities were top notch. The space is well used to provide you with optimal storage, comfortable places to rest, and even a small toilet for on the go. We unfortunately ran into some issues with the outlets not working and the engine oil. The van was not sufficiently charged when we received it. This impacted the ability for us to use the outlets the first two nights. After some troubleshooting after a day of driving we were able to get them to work but it was not ideal. We were also met with a check engine oil level alert on day 1, which also was not ideal. Thankfully there was oil supplied but no funnel so we had to make it work. The van definitely needs a service and I would recommend that they do so prior to the next rental.

We had an excellent experience with Chai who provided the van for our camping trip. Her team was highly responsive, and the van was fully equipped with all the necessary features and more. Everything functioned perfectly, making our trip enjoyable and hassle-free. We're definitely looking forward to using their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent trip with Ivy. Spent a week in the Aspen area. The van had everything we needed and it was easy to get settled into van life. Chai was easy to communicate with and van pickup was smooth. The awning was great for shade and rain cover.

Great first-time RV rental experience. The vehicle was easy to drive and it was well equipped. The only issues we has was small leak in gray water. The stove was not working but it was not a big issue as we have back up gas stove.

Amazing experience with Mercy! Great van with no issues. Everything worked perfectly! Excellent for our family of 3. Loved the open air options with the dining/recreation table in the back. Perfect for entertaining with the open door adjacent to the kitchen in the front.

We loved the van and had a beautiful weekend in the mountains. We did have an issue with the heater but sometimes things fail and they responded kindly assuring us they’d fix it for the next group. We look forward to renting it again!
