We rented the Fleetwood Storm from Xiaoming. Xiaoming was a pleasure to work with. When we picked up the RV he showed us how to use the appliances and gave some tips on driving it. We had a problem with one of the tires (things happen, not his fault at all) and he told us to take care of it in the way that was best for us.
When we returned the RV, again, he was great. Very smooth and easy.

Xiaoming was very nice and accommodating. Communication before our trip was very prompt. When we arrived for pickup he walked us threw the rv and explained everything we needed to know about the RV. On our way back from our trip we got delayed a couple hours dues to wildfires but that wasn't a problem and Xiaoming. We absolutely would rent again from him. Very nice guy
