Renting with Jason is always a breeze. We have been renting with him for 3 years now and always look forward to our next trip, This was our first time out with the mallard but a fantastically well laid out trailer. Jason was quick to reply to some minor hiccups and made sure we got out on the road for our family trip.

Kim and Jason were excellent to deal with. The trailer was fully equipped with everything we needed! The one we had reserved (Shadow Cruiser) needed maintenance, so they offered us the newer Prowler at no additional fee! Even though Outdoorsy had to charge an additional $11 per day due to the trailer size. We have one more trip booked with Kim and Jason for later this year, and I can’t wait!

Everything about our rental and experience was perfect! The trailers are full of amenities and everything you'll need to enjoy a weekend, or a week of camping. Jason and his wife were more than accommodating in every way, and were able to get us into one of their trailers on very short notice, which made our entire Labour Day weekend. We will definately be using there trailers for all our future trips and needs.

Kim & Jason went above and beyond with arranging a pickup time that worked within our schedule (with two little ones in tow), which was greatly appreciated! Communication was clear and quick. We didn’t end up using the shower due to its size and there was a public washroom nearby, so it wasn’t a problem. The AC couldn’t keep up in the blazing summer heat during the day (even with cleaning the vent), but it cooled it down perfectly at night in time for sleeping. Perfect layout for a young family and has everything you need to get you started. Overall would recommend to anyone looking to rent!
