Julia was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance.She promptly returned our calls and even booked a replacement motor home for us when our original rental with her fell through. She was a joy to work with and the motor home was impeccably clean and well maintained when we picked it up. We also has some tire issues early in the trip and were very impressed with Outdoorsy's road side assistance program and the mechanic who came out to change the tire and put on the spare until we could pick up a replacement later in the week.I have to say that renting through Outdoorsy also gave us an additional level of security and support throughout our whole trip and made us feel confident that if any issues came up they would be there to help. Our motor home was very comfortable and well laid out. We opted for the optional $30 linen package and were very happy with the beautiful flannel sheets and comforter. Our only complaint which we shared with Julia early in the trip was that the vehicle's small marine battery was not powerful enough to start the generator on many occasions so my partner had to jump start it with a jumper cable. The inability to reliably use the generator when we were not plugged in which was most of our trip made it difficult to run the heater or the lights at night. Julia indicated that there had been similar issues in the past and that she thought the issues had been resolved but planned to have her mechanic check it out again. The generator issue while challenging to deal with on occasion did not really impact our enjoyment of the trip. Over all I would have give this rental experience an A for both the motor home and the owner. I would certainly rent from Julia again and hope to return to Alaska next year for another Outdoorsy RV adventure.

Julia was extremely helpful and responsive from start to finish. Her RV was clean, comfortable and fun to drive. We lived out of it for 14 days and enjoyed every minute of it. We would definitely book again with Julia and highly recommend her for anyone who is interested in rv'ing Alaska. Thanks Yuliya!!!

Julia was an excellent host. She was so helpful, gave us a very thorough explanation of the ins and outs of the RV which was amazing for us being first time motorhome users. Her responses to emails were immediate. She was personable and professional every step of the way.

It was not a pleasing experience with is owner. First of all, the owner promised us to pick up the RV after 4pm, but we picked up the RV at 6:30pm. (Is this after 6 or after 4???) In addition, the RV outside was dirty. Lastly, Refund process of the pre-paid cleaning&dumpimg fee was a pain. Owner claimed that she give us discount on the Seward destination, (because we rent two of her RVs). Therefore, she refuse to refund us the correct amount, refund was short for $100.
Currently we have to go through Outdoorsy to disbute the refund case, it really time consuming for this lauzy $100, but just hate the unprofessional RV owner’s behavior.

Great trip! Picked up and took to Denali and back. Very clean RV and worked as advertised. Great experience. Great communication. Definately would recommend!

Although this was an older RV, it met our expectations. Only issues we had resulted from our inexperience with being familiar with the functionally of some of the vehicles features. Other then that, trip was great and RV performance was great. Looking forward to a return trip.
