We have 3 children and 4 grandkids that come camping with us either to the beach or to the river for tubing. Jack Russells have been a part of our life for the last 25 years. Our favorite and most memorable experience camping was Yellowstone National Park.

We had a great experience renting from Ralph, he was very easy to communicate with thought the process. The RV was the perfect size for or multi-generation family trip and Ralph was waiting for us upon arrival and took the time to explain everything. It was comfortable and fully stocked with chairs, a table, and lots of kitchen items and nice linens and towels. We spent a week enjoying Shenandoah National Park. Thanks again Ralph, it was nice to meet you.

In response to Steve. Steve did not get driver verification and insurance coverage in the allotted time that was acceptable to me. Also, Steve did not have the proper campground reservations that would fit my RV. After serious consideration and consulting with other family members we decided to cancel the rental. I'm sorry that this happened but when you put a $50,000 RV out on a rental I have to have confidence in the renter.

This was our first RV experience and it was great. Ralph was incredibly patient and helpful with two rookies. The vehicle itself was in great shape and we had no problems.

This is our second trip with Ralph's RV and he never disappoints! Always had everything we needed and was easy to work with. Definitely a pleasure to rent from him. We will look forward to another trip to Martinsville!

This was my first experience with an RV and therefor my first experience renting an RV. First off I am so glad I chose this RV primarily because of Ralph. He made this experience what it was with his super responsiveness to my questions before I made my reservation and before I picked up the RV as well as the time he took to show me everything I needed to know about using the RV. The RV is in top shape and was very easy to drive so long as you use Ralph's advise about your speed and wide turns. The bed was very comfortable and Ralph really keeps the RV stocked with what you need when renting the RV right down the comfortable folding chairs, folding tables and stocked kitchenware's. I used Ralph's advise on how to get the RV leveled once we got to the campgrounds and within no time at all the RV was level and all I had to do was hookup the water and electric. Even though I didn't have septic hookup at my campsite I only had to dump the tanks once over 5 days. The hardest part of dumping the tanks was getting the gloves on (lol).

The RV was comfortable to drive and use. We had one 12 hour day on the road which tested that comfort a lot. The mattress was also comfortable. Ralph made both turnovers easy, and was available by phone if I didn't understand something. He is also producing an operations manual for the vehicle for future renters. We would rent from him again.

Ralph was wonderful to work with. His RV was exactly as described. We had an issue at our camp site with the electricity (bad fuse) and couldn't get power to the unit with the generator (renter error) - when texted, Ralph responded quickly and solved the problem. I would recommend him and his RV to other campers.

Ralph's RV was exactly as advertized, clean and fully functional. There were even many extras included such as outdoor dining furniture and all kinds of kitchen accessories. Ralph was excellent at communicating and gave a thorough walkthrough. We look forward to renting this RV again in the future.

- We are repeat renters using Ralph's RV the past three years hoping to use for many years to come. Ralph is a true professional in how he cares for his RV and the people who use it. His attention to detail in everything you'll need to know pre-trip is top notch. He will take as much time as you need to go over every step in using of the components of the RV. Once on your trip Ralph is always available as needed to be reached with any questions or problem solving you may need answered. His communication is outstanding. Anytime we travel south from Northern VA to NASCAR races, Blue Ridge Parkway, or other future camping excursions we plan to use this RV.

First RV rental and it was a great experience. Ralph was very flexible with our changing schedule. We had a couple of minor mechanical questions and issues but Ralph walked us through them and they weren’t a big deal.

Ralph was great with communication and was very easy and flexible to work with. His camper is very clean, fully stocked and ready to go. Both the pickup and drop off process went very quickly and we were on our way.
