What if I want to extend or cancel my reservation?

If anything changes with your original trip dates, either prior to or during the trip itself, contact the owner immediately to get their approval.

If the owner approves of the date changes, you can click “Suggest new dates” in your renter Dashboard and send them over to the owner to approve. The owner can also do this in their Dashboard.

If you need to cancel your reservation, notify the RV owner and familiarize yourself with their cancellation policy. Outdoorsy upholds all owner cancellation policies as set on their listings.
