What happens when a rental request changes mid-flight?

Avoid making any change to the reservation yourself; the support team can typically make a quick change without causing any confusion for either party.

If you need to adjust the price as well as dates, our support team can help with that too.

Note: If the reservation is already confirmed, we’ll need both the renter and owner’s consent to change anything regarding reservation rates or additional fees. Usually, exchanging a brief message of consent with the renter on the Outdoorsy platform will work.
