Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 1 pm - Check-Out: 11 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Arrival Times Policy - 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM - If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Registration and Reservation Policy - The maximum number of guests in any site is eight (8). - Site reservations include (2) adults. - There is a $5.00 charge for each additional child (age 9 and older) and $10.00 for each additional adult. - Children ages 8 and under are free. - Reservations are accepted year-round. - A deposit is required for each site reserved as follows: - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Monthly - Call for details Parking Policy - Please inquire at the office for additional parking accommodations for you and your guests. - Parking and/or driving on the grass is strictly prohibited. Vehicle Policy - Only one RV and one vehicle per site. - Please refrain from washing, rinsing, repairing, or changing of oil of any RV, vehicle, trailer, motorcycle, or boat (etc.) while on the premises. Generator Policy - The use of generators is not permitted. Fire Policy - No open fires (wood or charcoal) or fireworks are permitted in the park. Sewer Policy - Please be sure you maintain a positive sewer seal at both ends of the sewer hose. BBQ Grills Policy - Propane and electric barbecue grills may be used. Personal Policy - Please keep all personal property stored within your vehicles & keep your yard clear of clutter and debris (this includes cigarette butts, too!). Children's Policy - Your child’s conduct is your responsibility. - Please do not allow children to play in the laundry or bath facilities or leave them unattended. - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Laundry Policy - We provide a 24-hr laundry facility for your convenience. - Clotheslines and/or drying racks are not permitted. - Please do not hang your laundry from your vehicles or any structure in the park (fence, trees, etc.) Grass Policy - Mats and rugs are not permitted on the grass. Tent Policy - Tents, screen rooms, or any other structure not permanently attached to an RV are not permitted. - Please respect the landscaping and natural surroundings. Trash Policy - Please deposit your trash in tied bags into the dumpster. Pet Policy - We love your dogs and cats! - They must be kept on a leash under your supervision/control at all times. - Do not leave your pets outside unattended. - Pens, fences, and/or kennels are not permitted. - When they poop, you scoop. - Pets are to be kept under control, quiet, and inside at night. - Pets are not permitted inside buildings. - Aggressive dogs are not allowed under any circumstance. - No charge for pets. Smoking Policy - Smoking is prohibited inside any building in the park. Auto-collect Policy - At the time of booking, the first night's rate will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. - Applies to all reservations. Credit Card Security Policy - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
