- If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount.Credit Card Security

- At Heartland Parks, it is our policy to ensure the timely payment of all fees and charges.
- Payments are due on or in advance on the designated day each month.
- In the event of late payment, a one-time late fee of $25, plus an additional $5 per day beyond a 5-day grace period, will be assessed.
