Flexible with pickup and drop off times. Checkout this 2020 RV! It’s spacious thanks to the triple slides and many at-home comforts. Equipped with kitchen island for more counter space and U-shaped bar for guest entertainment. It also large pantry and dinette booth for that special chef and a bar with mini fridge. Complete interior kitchen with sink, electric microwave, fridge/freezer, and propane operated stove & mini oven. Full size stand up shower, sink and toilet located within a spacious bathroom. Private bedroom with queen size bed to include tri-fold sofa sleeper when turning in for the night. This bad boy’s arched ceilings provide more standing space and includes designer window treatments. It’s equipped with home theater system w/ Bluetooth and KeyTV multi-source TV controller system. Cant forget about the Road Armor Suspension System, automatic electric leveling system, double awnings, and LED lighting outside I include plates, utensils, and cups for 4 guests, can opener, corkscrew/bottle opener, coffee maker, toaster, and grilling kit. I’ll also include toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, RV sewage hose kit, water hoses for drinking water and tank flush, inline water filter, wheel chocks, main power cord and adapter plugs. I do offer full delivery, setup, and return services. I’ll provide all the training necessary for basic operation and how to care for the RV and will always be on call during your travels for additional questions. I am pet friendly, but will need to discuss this on a case by case basis. RV must be returned in the same condition as when it was left with cleaning being performed before returning. The cleaning fees associated with the rental is for the deep clean and disinfecting of all surfaces. If is not returned in the same conditions, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be deducted from your deposit. No Smoking Inside the RV - If you smoke or vape inside the camper, you will forfeit your entire deposit. Drive safely at all times and exercise extra caution when turning or parking. Ensure everything inside the trailer is locked down to minimize anything breaking. It is illegal for anyone to be in a trailer when the tow vehicle is moving. When arriving at the campsite or when parking the vehicle, ensure the wheels chocks are behind the wheels to prevent movement. No smoking is allowed in any vehicles. Usage of the awning is prohibited.
