Don was incredibly knowledgeable and provided valuable guidance fof our trip. his assistance was greatly appreciated, as he was informative and helpful. The RV itself was impeccably clean and fully stocked, leaving us to only bring food and minor supplies. Both Rachel and Don were consistently responsive and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend renting from them.

We had a wonderful experience glamping in Rachel and Don's beautiful and pristine RV. We would love to make this an annual tradition. We didn't meet Rachel in person, but Don was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have nothing bad to say about any part of this experience!

Don and Rachel are wonderful. Their RV is very nice, clean and stocked with everything you'll need to make your RV experience fun. We would highly recommend their rig for your camping plans. We had a great trip. We did delivery and pickup of the RV at our campsite so Don and Rachel arrived right on time to help setup the RV and give us the tour. We dry camped and had everything we needed to have a great glamping experience (pots, pans, TP/PT, soap plates and cutlery, mugs, etc.). We fit a pack n play between the dinette and couch for the baby, which fit perfectly. The generator and water pump worked great when we need to wash dishes and the stove, microwave and coffee maker were great. We used the outdoor shower to wash dishes, per Don’s suggestion, which was great. We did not drive, so cannot speak to that. An outdoor rug was included which helped for outdoor play for our little ones. We would definitely rent again! Upon pickup, they, again, were there right in schedule to close out the rental.

Rachel and Don's RV was such a wonderful vehicle to shuttle my family of four and my parents up California to see the redwoods on a five day road trip. The RV was well stocked with all the necessities for cooking, lounging, and sleeping. Don did such a great job acclimating me to the vehicle during the initial overview on my departure day that I felt so comfortable taking the RV out even though it was my first time driving an RV. I'd highly recommend renting from Rachel and Don, and I won't hesitate to rent from them again!

We treated the motorhome as it were our own. Left it spotless. We did not wash the exterior. We rented for seven days. AS soon as my husband drove in, without even a hello, Don and a companion started going over the rig looking for problems. Well, he said there were scratches, which my husband wiped out with his finger. Then we were charged for rubbing out scratches $250. We feel scammed.

Awesome experience!! It was our first RV experience, and it couldn't be better. Communication with Rachel & Don was very easy and clear, the RV was clean and spacious for our family, Don spent 2 hours on orientation and the teaching was very helpful for us. We can't wait for our next trip with Rachel & Don!

First time RV'ers and could not be more pleased with the experience. Rachel and Don communicated with us early on and pointed out key steps with Outdoorsy registration so everything was done before our trip date. Don provided a great orientation before we departed so we knew how everything worked. The RV had all the items you need; pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, glassware/dishes. Entire unit was super clean! A/C unit was very efficient cooling entire RV. My wife and I wouldn't have changed a thing. We had such a great time we were talking about where to go RV'ing next year! Thanks Rachel & Don for an awesome first time experience!! Definitely would recommend you guys to other RV enthusiasts!

This was our first time ever RVing, and we loved every minute of it in Rachel & Don's 28Z Chateau! We decided to go on this trip because of the situation with COVID, looking for a way to enjoy ourselves and relax close to nature, without having to worry about social distancing and masks the entire time. We couldn't have made a better choice!

My best friend and I left our husbands at home and took 5 boys to Oregon in Rachel and Don’s chateau. We loved the rig and named her “Clarise”. She was easy to drive and Don did a great job giving us an overview lesson on RV’s (neither my friend or I had ever driven one). We can’t wait to rent from them again . Thank you so much for the great vehicle and experience.

Rachel and Don were a pleasure to work with! They responded to my emails right away and were very clear with how to take care of their camper. This is an extremely clean and comfortable RV that was pretty easy to drive. We are RV newbies, and Don & Rachel were great to work with. We received a comprehensive introduction to the RV that took over an hour, so we were confident when we finally got on the road. At our campsite, we were definitely glamping!! The RV is convenient, easy to operate, and we all slept great in our beds. The kids loved it. When we needed to ask Don a question, he was only a text away and responded immediately. We will absolutely rent from Don & Rachel again!

This RV is awesome. New, clean, fully equipped. We are so lucky to find them and pick up RV in Aptos because we are so nervous to drive RV to visit several fantastic RV parks in Sata Cruz county. Rachel & Don is great! They gave us detailed directions how to operate RV which has so many functions. It made our first grumping great!

Rachel and Don were awesome and their RV was like a hotel on wheels. They have put a lot of thought into what should be in the RV to make it super easy for renters to just load up a few essentials and hit the road. Everything worked perfectly, the RV handled great on the road and was the envy of everyone in the campsite.

We rented this RV for a quick 3 day get away to San Simeon state park. There were 7 of us and we weren't at all sure how it works out to have this many people as we have never rented an RV before. We had plenty of room- the pop out made for more comfort moving around and we all slept well. The two middle beds (the dinette and the pull out) were very comfortable but not super long so if you are an adult your feet will hang off a little.
This RV is super clean and odor free. We cooked a great dinner on the stove and oven and had an easy clean up with the outdoor shower attachment- less worry of filling the grey water tank.
Rachel and Don were so friendly and easy to deal with. We had no experience so they helped us understand everything we need to know.
We dry camped and still had a good time- hook ups would have made it a little easier but hey- we were camping!
We look forward to our next time and will highly recommend this fantastic couple to anyone wanting a easy and super fun vacation!

Rachel and Don were amazing. They were so helpful and friendly. Rachel answered all my questions patiently since it was my first time renting an RV, and Don took his time to show us the RV while explaining every detail and was available for any questions during the whole trip.
The Chateau was very new, well kept and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, great kitchen space and the bunk bed was a hit with the kids.
It was a pleasure to work with Rachel and Don and I would recommend their Chateau to everyone that wants to rent a great RV with many features!

Rachel and Don communicated with us regularly to keep us informed. Don did an amazing job of orienting us on the use and features of their RV. Much more so than I have ever experienced with past rentals. I highly recommend them!
