Really nice vehicle and worked well. Kept all warm during an outdoor event. Some technical issues with the TV but probably more to do with our location and nothing anyone could do. Will do again for a family trip.

It was impeccable!! Beautiful interior; Custom Leather; and great amenities thru out!!! Brand new SMART TV's; L-shaped couch, recliners, tray tables, built in cooler, etc

Ryan’s communication, customer service, timing, everything was fantastic. The vehicle was perfect for our group needs. It’s very easy to drive, similar to a large pickup. Extremely comfortable touring experience. After much travel my entire group of 12 felt this was mostly due to the service level and communication of Ryan and his team. We are already picking dates for next year’s excursion.

Ryan was a pleasure to work with and very informative with his product. This was our first time ever driving a 24 ft Sprinter Van and Ryan went through every detail to make it easy for us. The entire family enjoyed the experience as we drove from Wisconsin down to Destin Florida and back. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a nice experience and quality vehicles.

We rented this awesome Sprinter for 10 days to drive our family of 5 to Florida. From start to finish Ryan was great! His communication and customer service is top notch! We were able to drive 16 straight hours because the van was so comfortable and spacious for 3 teenagers in the back spread out watching TV or sleeping. It was the best road trip experience and would rent this van from Ryan again in a heartbeat!

Not sure where to begin! In light of the changing world in the last several months and it's affect on travel, we weren't sure if our annual family summer trip would even be a possibility. At the initial discovery of Outdoorsy, and their options available for renting a luxury Mercedes Sprinter, we knew that this was the way to go! From the very beginning Ryan was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. His knowledge of the vehicle and attention to detail was extremely thorough and we couldn't be more grateful for his help in planning our family vacation transportation needs. From drop off to pick up, Ryan was very professional and what we also appreciated very much was his quick response to any questions we had during the duration of our trip. The Sprinter has everything you could possibly need in a luxury vehicle and beyond comfortable for not only the passengers but for the driver as well. Traveling with 3 college and high school age young adults was a pleasure. From having easy access to their necessities of wifi, being able to watch their shows off Netflix on not just one but 2 of the enormous flatscreens inside the vehicle or taking a nap reclined on the comfortable captain chairs, was priceless! Being able to experience our trip in this way was truly a wonderful and refreshing change from air travel and we look forward to being able to work with Ryan again in the future for our travel needs. Thank you again Ryan!

I had a great experience with Ryan and renting his limo party bus. I rented it for my husbands 30th birthday weekend so we could still have fun with our quaran-team but not have to go to so many public places. Ryan’s communication was excellent and the bus was really easy to drive! Clean, fun, and definitely luxury!
