Our camper features a 10 foot electric awning with mounted speakers and LED light strip, bluetooth radio with speakers inside as well, a queen bed with memory foam topper and clean linens included, 2 twin bunks with foam toppers and linens included, a dinette with plates, bowls, cups, mugs and silverware, a refrigerator and microwave and 2 burner cook top. A/C and microwave work on an electrical hook-up with a minimum 30A, or an external generator which can be included in your rental for an additional fee. Dinette folds into an additional bed, and there's plenty of storage!What's includedFresh linens and towels are always included. The fridge will have water bottles, and the storage will have camping chairs. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal!RecommendationsChapel Hill TN is absolutely beautiful, and Henry Horton state park has a fantastic full hook-up campground (pictured above!).

- Prep fee: $42.25. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.

Q.Can I rent monthly?

Sorry, we do not offer monthly on this camper at this time! The maximum stay is 30 days.
Q.What are the campsite requirements?
A.
1: Electric (30A minimum) - If your site does not have electric, you can add the generator add-on for $25 per booking.
2: Water (within 20 feet of the camper parking spot) - If your site does not have a water hook-up, I will provide 22 gallons of fresh filtered water in the camper fresh water tank.
3: Sewer (within 15 feet of the camper parking spot) - PLEASE NOTE if your campsite does not have a sewer hook-up, water usage will need to be MINIMAL to prevent the collection tanks from overflowing!
