• Awning: Please do not use; even light wind can cause damage.
• Destination Limits: Trips are generally limited to the Southwest region and surrounding states. Longer-distance travel must be approved prior to booking. No trips to Mexico, NYC, Alaska, Canada, or Death Valley (June–Aug).
• Hookups: Electric hookups at campsites keep all systems running happily.
• Cold Weather: Travel in freezing temps requires prior approval; water systems may stay winterized.
• Setup & Sanitation Fee ($175): Covers full prep before your trip — disinfecting, sanitizing, laundering and stocking fresh linens, replenishing essentials, and system checks.
• Interior Cleaning: Return Easy Breezy tidy and wipe-down clean. Remove trash, food, and personal items, wipe surfaces, empty the fridge, and place used linens in the shower. No food, grease, or coffee grounds down the sink. Excessive cleaning (scrubbing or food residue) may incur up to $75/hr.
• Exterior Cleaning: Light dirt and bugs are expected, but excessive mud or buildup needing hand or professional wash may incur an additional $75–$100 fee. Undercarriage must be free of mud or debris.
