Rented for a NASCAR race weekend. Super convenient pickup/dropoff location and process. Host was very informative and helpful. Also honest and fair about any issues or damage that arise. RV is comfortable, well stocked and easy to drive. It does show signs of age, generator took some persuasion to start when cold but worked fine after. Couch pull out bed is lumpy. The bedroom is great, dark and comfy. Much appreciated rental experience, great value for the price.

From the last 3+ years of renting on outdoors I have had 0 cancellations. Unfortunately we had a previous renter damage the generator and we were not able to get a mechanic to fix the issue fast enough. A full refund was issued. I know this was a major inconvenience for Andres and his family however, I am glad I this happened before their trip as It would have been terrible to have the generator fail during the trip and have no AC during the hottest Vegas months. I do my best to provide the best experience to renters. I could not, in good conscience, send a renter out with a malfunctioning generator.

I will first say that I am a first time RVer. I was expecting that my experience would be similar to AirBnB. We were given a 45 minute walkthrough of the unit and sent on our way. What would have been much more appreciated would have been a manual or video to describe how to operate the essential systems (generator, AC, tanks, etc).
Rain water entered the unit the at the bedroom slide-out while camping.
Josh was responsive to my texts for help.

Alfredo and Josh were very easy to communicate with and very flexible. Our family of 5 were very excited to travel in the Buffalo and it made our adventure around the Grand Canyon perfect.

Norman and his family were perfect guests to host. Very attentive to procedures and took GREAT care of our family’s road home, brought her back the same way she left. I would recommend Norman as a renter to anyone.

Had a great experience with The Traveling Buffalo! It’s very spacious, drives well, and was equipped with everything we needed. We took it to EDC and it did just fine dry camping. The host was extra responsive with both before and during the trip. I had a few questions during the trip and they were very quick with answers. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short and they were very accommodating with an evening drop off time. I would definitely rent from them again!

Any questions or concerns we had you were more than helpful and took care of us above and beyond the Call of Duty : )
RVing in the "Traveling Buffalo" brought us closer to nature than just the name. When we arrived at the Grand Canyon we were greeted by over a 1/2 dozen elk. They just want to make sure the Traveling Buffalo was doing fine : ) And we were!
We have arrived back home but with memories, that will last a lifetime.

We had a wonderful trip with this RV. The owner was great. Got us all setup before the trip and dealt quickly with any questions or issues we had. Will be renting the Buffalo again in the future. Great value and surprisingly easy to drive. Our trip started with 3 days in Las Vegas. I highly recommend getting a RV parking place reserved for the first night so you can see how everything works with hook ups and be able to contact the owner if you have any questions. We chose the RV park at Circus Circus which is perfectly situated on the strip between Fremont Street experience and main casinos. Public bus stop is nearby and costs $8 for 24 hour unlimited use. We then visited Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon North Rim and finally Hoover Dam. We mixed our overnights between state parks, RV parks and boon-docking.

The RV was easy to drive and maneuver in hwy traffic to Longbeach, Ca. And back for a weeks time!!! All systems worked great, especially the air conditioning (dash/roof). This 2006 RV is maintained in great condition by Josh!!!

Amazing Accommodations for me and my friends. We loved how spacious the space was for us. We also loved how easy everything was to use and how helpful our host was. I would recommend having a schedule for turning off the generator so it doesn’t over heat while boondocking. All the little extras were so nice plenty of supplies for cleaning cooking and a overall amazing trip! Thank you for sharing your traveling Buffalo with us!

The RV was perfect for our family of 5, we were able to travel comfortably and enjoy the scenery as we drove. Joshua was very responsive whenever we had questions or concerns, and was super nice. It was very well stocked with everything you need for the trip(keurig, pots/pans, etc). This was our first experience renting an RV and we really enjoyed it!!

My family and I booked the travelling bufallo for a week trip to the Grand Canyon and onward to Yosemite.Josh was very helpful and approachable throughout. He accommodated our pick-up and drop-off times and was very prompt in getting us to grips with the RV. He shows that he very much cares about the upkeep of his vehicle and making sure anyone in it has a good time. Anytime we had a query he would reply very quickly to our messages and sort us out. At the end of the trip he was very open to feedback so a trip in this RV can only be better in the future.

My experience was perfect. Joshua who is managing Alfredo’s RV was very helpful in getting to know the RV. The Buffalo was very spacious and nice. Joshua was very accommodating in so many ways. 10/10 would book again! You won’t regret it!

The overall experience of the RV was comfort and piece of mind. The RV has a rear view camera that really help assist the drive and when pulling in for gas. The RV's drive was smooth, and the view was expansive. Everything in the RV was comfortable, and quite a step up from commercial RV rentals like cruise America. When converted to the sleeping arrangement, the RV expanded to give much more space and there was no need to sleep or relax in cramp spaces like other RVs. Overall, the RV lived up to what I imaged from seeing the PHOTOS.The owner is actually better than the RV. I usually dread going through the blah blah blah tutorial, etc, etc. But owner really shows you how much he cares and values this RV, and also cares that you have a great time. The things that can potentially ruin a trip, the owner has put in many failsafe. The owner adds a lot of details and amenities for your convenience. Towels, bedding, trashbags, gloves, etc. The tension points that you might have when using an RV, the owner greatly reduces. Things like that go unnoticed until you go on the road, you really appreciate the thoughtfulness and intention that the owner has. If you want to improve your chances at having a great vacation, then go with the Traveling Buffalo.

Absolutely loved our experience renting “Buffy”
She took our family to the Majestic 5 and Antelope Canyon in comfort and style!!
The owner Josh took great care in explaining the
Procedures of operating the systems of the RV and included propane at no extra cost. And we were ready to roll with no extra stops to fill tanks. They also worked with our schedule to adjust the pickup and return time. He also included camping chairs, a propane grill, cookware and utensils at no cost unlike other RVs on the site. We will definitely be renting “Buffy” again for our next trip out west!

My family and I took the The Traveling Buffalo on last minute weekend trip to Duck Creek Utah. We had a great time and Alfredo was very accommodating. Allowed us to Pick up early. The Motor Home was very clean, easy to drive and had everything and more for a comfortable trip. My wife loved that there was a Keurig coffee machine for her morning coffee. the back up camera made it easy to get into our space at the campsite. I'm probably missing a lot but overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend renting the traveling buffalo for your family trip! Thanks for everything Alfredo and Josh!!
