Do NOT rent from this person! The RV in the pictures is NOT the RV you will be renting. The RV was dirty when we picked it up. Leon did a good quick job in explaining the RV, while he also explained what other renters broke. My husband and I couldn't understand the smell. When we almost reached our destination we were able to park near our daughter and she loaned us her cleaning supplies to clean the entire inside of the RV, which included the screens bc they were so filthy dusty and we cleaned the windows (inside and out) that we couldn't see through. Three buckets of dirty water later the smell was gone and the grit was off our fingers. We couldn't turn the heat on bc there was a tiny black plug in the thermostat. Once we figured that out and removed it we had heat. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Two people could not sleep on it, as the dip in the middle was so deep we kept rolling into each other. So we, unfortunately, had to sleep separately. For the rest of the week, had to be sure to sleep on one side or the other of the mattress because I would roll into the deep pit. There was no privacy curtain to separate the bed from the rest of the RV. The bathroom shower door is disgusting gross and it was broken! The curtain for privacy that is usually hooked up separating the cab from the RV would not stay hooked, we had to tuck it under the mattress. The floor of the RV has stains all over it and one very large black stain. The doors to the storage outside the RV kept opening when we drove back - he blamed this on us bc we didn't lock them - silly us. They were obviously broken because we couldn't get them closed all week.
This is not our first RV rental (4th), this was the worst. Oh yeah, one roll of toilet paper. Good thing we were near our daughter who could rescue us. Covid was three years ago... you can supply toilet paper when you know people are coming in from New Jersey and will be camping 2 hours away from the closest grocery store! We didn't even think about looking to see if there was more than the one roll!! We ran out of propane after 3 days and had to drive 1.5 hrs to get a fill up. How do you run out of propane in 3 days? We drove all over Alaska in a bigger RV with 6 people for 8 days, did more cooking and had the heat on and never ran out of propane. Leon told us the RV was not his, it was his boss' who has three of them he rents. Did he pass on the report we gave him? Other than the RV we had a really nice time visiting and seeing Sequoia National Park. Everyone should take the opportunity to visit the sites and hike! One more thing....Leon does not call you back right or answer text message away. Very frustrating.

Leon Le canceled the booking 7 days before departure. This is an automated posting.

We had no problems with the drive in the RV and Leon was available when the refrigerator was only working off propane because we had a fuse blow. A few things were broken (fan over stove top, fan in bathroom (taped on roof), no curtain to main bed, floor had been ripped by previous renters opening the slide while sitting on the couch and then just taped to fix. I think the Photos need to be updated to show the true condition of the RV. And the RV was not cleaned inside of out when we picked it up so I spent the first day cleaning. We also had to buy a zippered mattress cover because the mattress didn’t look safe to sleep on.

We had a great time in this RV. There are a few things to bring along, utensils and serving ware, they stock pots and pans. Blankets, they supply pillows, linen and a blanket. Trash can for the kitchen, they have one in the bathroom. Rug for entry. Cleaning supplies and dish soap! Those are the items I forgot on this trip. We will use this RV again!

Had a great time! Coach was well maintained and drove smooth. Just a note be prepared to bring cooking utensils. Everything worked with no problems. Came with water hose and sewer hose. Kids thought it was the coolest trip ever! Definitely made some great memories.

Nguyen is super nice and had everything set up for us without issue. The RV was basically as described and we had an excellent time on our trip to Yosemite and Sequoia. However, a couple thoughts to help you steer through the rental. First, Nguyen is a working man with a young family, so try to be mindful of that if you have a slightly difficult time communicating with him through Outdoorsy. Once the booking is complete and you can communicate with him via text or cell, there was no problem and he was very responsive, polite, and kind. I think he just misses some of the messages sent through the Outdoorsy app while he's at work. I personally find the Outdoorsy communication app cumbersome. Second, this rig is a 2017 or 2018 model year, not a 2019; the manufacture plate in the door jamb indicates a 4/2018 manufacture date. It had about 14,500 miles on it when we started, so it's been through a few trips (I'd guess 15-20). A couple cosmetic flaws could be addressed (like a wobbly shower door that's held down with a bungee cord and a smallish tear on the floor where the slide-out rolls). But we're a picky group I'd say, and none of this interfered with our enjoyment at all. Third, be advised that the fresh water tank has an overflow hose under the rig, so once the fresh water tanks fills, it will start spilling out unless you turn off the spigot. The same issue occurred when I tried to use the "city fixtures" function, which should allow you to use fresh water directly from the hose hook-up, rather than emptying your tank while in camp. This overflow caused some concern with one of the RV park managers as we flooded another camp site (yikes!) while trying to use the "city fixtures" function. This might have been caused by a stuck valve, so if you run into this problem, check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uwrDeadmsA. I didn't have access to the web on our trip (thankfully!), so I didn't catch this titilating Sunset Seekers video. Instead I improvised, just filled the tank, made sure I turned off the hose before it overflowed, used up the tank water, and then filled it again -- even when in camp. Fourth, the black water tank (sewage) will indicate that it's 2/3 full when in fact it's empty. I'm not sure why and I didn't frankly want to investigate. Just be sure Nguyen shows you that so you don't run to a dump station unnecessarily. Fifth, be advised that as a COVID precaution, Nguyen has removed all the cooking ware, eating utensils, plates, mugs, etc., none of which was supplied (the listing will show it is supplied). Bring your own. Final thing, the description of this RV indicates that pets are not allowed and that it does not have a trailer hitch receiver. In fact, doggos are indeed permitted (for a $30 fee, I believe), and the truck does have a standard 2-inch square hitch receiver, so we were able to mount our own bike rack. Sweet! Overall, we had a blast and the RV made for an excellent trip. Thanks Nguyen!

I can't believe how unprofessional Nguyen was. I booked with over a week in advance and the day before the trip he canceled me the reservation with no evident reason. I planned this vacation with my wife and kids for weeks also we had to take PTO from work. He destroyed our vacation since we couldn't book anything else!
Very Very rude attitude!

The 2019 Entegra Coach was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Nguyen showed us how to use all the features. The only thing I would mention is that there are very basic cooking items included, so bring additional kitchen utensils if you have a family coming, particularly knives (ie steak knives), large serving spoons. You might also want to bring salad tongs and wine/beer opener. Other than these small things all was as expected and easy. There is a kettle, but we brought our own Bodum coffee maker. Fridge and freezer worked perfectly and were quite sizable considering the space. There is alot of storage.
