    Frequently asked questions

    Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

    A.

There is a 30 minute window for pickup and drop off. Tanks should be flushed and emptied before drop off.

    Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

    A.

Level the RV with included leveling blocks and tongue jack. Connect power to the back of the RV first, then 30amp hookup at the site. Extend stabilizer jacks, then extend the slide out to access thermostat for air-conditioner. Turn on and set to desired temperature. Hook up sewer hose to septic and use the septic hose ladder if needed to get the hose to drain properly. Connect water pressure reducer and hose to site water and to city hookup on rv. Last turn on water pump & electric water heater.
