Steve was great. Flexible pickup and drop off. Rv was in very good condition

Steve was a great host. He was very communicative throughout the process and he made the pickup & setup process very easy. The RV was nice and in pretty good condition.
Unfortunately when we picked up the RV the freezer had a awful smell that we weren't able to clear out... even after disposing of the liquid left behind and using lots of disinfectant & lysol. So we weren't able to use the freezer throughout our trip. Also the taillights and dash lights didn't work on the RV from a blown fuse, which dictated when we could travel. Steve allowed for a late drop-off to compensate for this but that didn't alleviate the change in travel arrangements that the lights effected.

Steve was very responsive to questions prior to booking. We were able to park our car while we had the coach out.

Steve was a delight to work with, and his RV was top notch! He anticipated all of our needs and truly went above and beyond. This was our first time RVing, and we will definitely rent again!
