2022 "Explorer" Bunkhouse 11

The RV was so noisy we could barely hear each other talk. The door rattled for 7 days. I reported it and asked why it was so loud and they said they didn't know if any door noise. Just take a ride down the freeway and you will hear it. Our whole vacation was hearing a door rattle the WHOLE gave us a headache. We were possible going to use the hitch but In order to possibly use it we had to pay 250 dollars. Rented the fire pit and paid 100 never used it since it was too hot outside and they wouldn't credit it back. The bunk beds were so dirty I wouldn't put my dog in there. The refrigerator smelled like straight up fish had to buy baking soda just to get the smell out. There was a worm on a fishing hook in the couch. The engine light came on and seemed like it needed an alignment. The side door to get out was so hard to open you had to have someone on the outside open it.

my RV leaked water the entire weekend due to the renters before us doing some kind of hose damage, Trailhead said they fixed it all but didn’t we had water leaking from every orface each time we turned water on. someone better look into reimbursing me for towels costs and electrical malfunctions due to the wetness and 1 inch puddles of water in the floor

Great trip. Trailhead RV Rentals was amazing to work with. They were extremely responsive and accommodating. The RV was clean and exactly as advertised. I'll be recommending them and renting from them again soon!

Travelled the middle states of USA with my partner & 5 small kids. The RV was so fun, so easy to use. We drove a lot and spontaneously camped in places and it was all just super easy. Truely had the time of our lives and the RV was a safe and easy home on the road. Thanks Trailhead!
