We had very high expectations, based on the listing & previous reviews, but things did not go as planned. There was no one to meet us to pick up van….an employee was unable to finish the day, so getting the van was a challenge. They attempted to do a FaceTime walk thru, which luckily I have RV experience- but it was not ideal. Got to our campsite late & then going through the van further found no coffee set up, no coffee cups, all the utensils were grungy, pots & plates needed cleaned. No outdoor chairs or carpets as listed…..and in the end I couldn’t find the grey water hose. It was apparently on the van- underneath- but I missed it.
I think they had good intentions and maybe this was just a bummer one off….but that was our experience. The van is cool overall, love the elevator bed set up. So I would say, just make sure you get the walk through & check everything so you have all the bells & whistles you expect. We did appreciate the option of taking our dog, pet friendly was great.

The trip was incredible and the van ran nice. It is showing its age with plenty of blue painters tape holding down loose pieces and screws. We never got close to 25mpg after driving almost 2000 miles. The toolbox and latex gloves were missing as well as less than a half tank of gas and Blue Def. These were all minor inconveniences but cumulative. We were unable to drain the grey tank because the handle was missing. As a result we didn't use the toilet or shower. The bed was nice and long enough for my 6'3'' frame which was terrific. The captains chairs were very comfortable and the navigation system was the best we have encountered at any time. We lost that signal maybe 3 times for a total of 6 minutes over the two week trip and that was in the mountains of Eastern Oregon. Jarrett was available when we had some electrical issues which were ultimately unresolved. These issues did not detract from a wonderful experience as we stayed in 10 state parks across the state and enjoyed it thoroughly.

RV ran like a champ, no problems in any way. Perfect for Yellowstone and other stops along the way. Spacious and comfortable.

The rv made for a fun travel with our kids to our wedding venue! So spacious, clean and everything was very easy to use.

The black tank was not emptied. Causing it to smell extremely bad in the rv until I found a spot to dump it.

The RV was as advertised and exactly what we needed. The hosts’ comunicación was good. It was clean with nice amenities and easy to drive. It had more than we even thought it would have. One suggestion would be to have a pre printed cheat sheet about the equipment and various gages. The host did a good job explaining but there were a number of things to remember. We would definitely rent this again.

Our family (2 parents, 3 adult children) rented for 7 nights, Aug 2026. We liked the RV, but there were a few things that are worth sharing: the mattresses are VERY thin, recommend splurging for the add-on mattress topper, especially for long stays. The trailer does not sleep 10. There are three (narrow) bunk beds in the back. Top bunk on the right needs a ladder to get up in it (bring one). Master bed sleeps two. The dinette that makes into a bed might be able to sleep two, but we couldn't find enough cushions to make it into a full bed. Cushions are flat. One smaller person can sleep there on the narrow side with the cushions. The "recliner bed" pulls out and comfortably fits 1-2 kids shorter than 5' tall. Temperature control finicky.
Favorite things: it was worth it to pay for delivery and set-up. Well-stocked with kitchen supplies and games. The slide-outs are great, which makes it feel really roomy. LOVED the outdoor kitchen, great for cooking outdoors. Outdoor fridge is the size of a large dorm fridge; plenty of room inside and out for cold storage. Good sized bathroom. Very clean.

Great experience. The communication was great. The walk through of the vehicle was comprehensive and complete making the road trip easy and lots of fun. Would highly recommend.
