Esmerelda was great and so was Melissa. Lot's of instructions and advice for using and towing the camper. Melissa was very helpful and accommodating for our week long trip. I'd definitely recommend a rental for anyone looking for a quick camper getaway.

Melissa was great to work with and always available through the message board. It was a good camper and met the needs of me and my two boys for a weekend trip.
