The trailer was equipped as described, and the host was thorough during pick up on how to use it. It was clear I was the first user of the year. Many things were broken and it wasn’t made right. In late winter, the heat did not work. Turns out the owner did not pay for included roadside repairs even though he told me to call the roadside office, they told me I would have to pay with cash. On the last night, the owner agreed to pay for those repairs, I had already unhooked and driven to Walmart for space heaters for that evening. The real disappointment was when I returned it and his offer to make things right was a discount on my NEXT rental. I would’ve preferred nothing as that offer was more of an insult to injury. I was willing to roll with the punches as it was camping, just didn’t like how the owner tried to remediate the situation. PS sleeping in 38 degrees is punishment, especially if you did plan for it.
