The drop off and pick up was great and timely. Our camper was cleaned on a “surface level” but the cupboards and drawers were filled with random objects that seemed to have been left behind from other guests. We also didn’t have a coffee maker but had coffee filters? Will rent from again, but would recommend you go through and clean out/organize the drawers and cupboards.

Great experience with Black Dog Recreation! The camper was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The entire process was easy from start to finish, and communication was excellent. Everything went smoothly and made our trip much more enjoyable. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them!

Black Dog Recreation provided a perfect camper rental experience for our family trip to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Parks! The camper was in great condition with a number of amenities that added to the ease of the experience. The family had so much fun on this trip, we began planning the next camper adventure on our drive home. Thank you Jon and Black Dog Recreation for supporting our memorable family trip out west!

John was VERY accommodating/flexible. Such a kind man. Had a little issue w/ kitchen water pipe. John promptly attended to it. NO disruption to our camping experience. He was readily available to answer any questions re: the camper and the mechanics. Would highly recommend. My sister and I both rented campers. He graciously delivered them early Friday am instead of Friday afternoon. Our family may do another family camping reunion in the future. I will definitely rent again if needed :)

The price was one of the best around for us. The place was spacious and clean for a family of 5. There were some communication issues such as being told verbally that our camper was dog friendly and then the day before found out it was not dog friendly and needed to find a dog sitter right away. We also didn't know that we had limited water supply and it was used up right away the first day. However, John responded to us right away and was very helpful with what to do. Additionally, there was no outdoor rug like the contract said but John was willing to run one out to us because if rained most of the weekend, but our brother had an extra outdoor rug we set up. Overall, John was very responsive, reliable, and the camper was great for our family. The beds were comfortable and slept well. Be sure to pack any DVDs and CDs to get the full nostalgic feel of the camper. We will be using them again next year for our yearly family reunion.
