Can’t say enough good things about ACE RV. Alina is the boss & she is truly a miracle worker, helping us get into our reservation last minute & making sure we had a smooth pick-up/drop-off. Special shout out to Joel who was able to give us a detailed walk-thru of the RV & provide all the details we needed to have a perfect week.

We had an amazing month on the road thanks to Ace RV. Over 5000 miles of glorious terrain, greatly supported by the Ace team. The unit was clean, well-maintained and we had no issues on pickup and drop off. Thanks Ace!!

Our recent RV rental from Ace RV Rentals was for our first summer road trip with our three granddaughters, so we wanted everything to go smoothly—and Ace exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They took the time to help us select the ideal RV for our trip and even welcomed me back twice before our departure so I could tour the RV and become familiar with its features. That extra level of customer service gave us tremendous confidence before we hit the road.On the day of pickup, the RV was spotless, fully prepared, and ready for our adventure. Throughout our trip, the RV performed flawlessly with no maintenance or operational issues, allowing us to focus on making wonderful memories with our granddaughters. We couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. I highly recommend Ace RV Rentals and will certainly use them again for our future RV adventures!

Great first time experience. We will rent again. Took a 7900+ mile trip across the US visited 27 states. So this wasn’t a weekend getaway or a one week vacation, this was a big trip and everything was great. As with all trips of this magnitude there were small hiccups but Ace stood behind their product and supported us completely. They really made it easy and made the process pleasant. They thought of the things that are easily missed and the videos were great and it made the walk through great. Thank you for making our experience great.

NEVER USE ACE RV-
It’s a nice big RV that’s all
We had so many mechanical and water issues and they said they were closed for Thanksgiving and would not address any issues. Roadside assistance does not have help with them not the winterizing properly and us not having hot water and the RV locking every time we shut the door-
There were dangerous things like that sofa bed fall out right on your foot broke my foot
The rattles so bad it will drive you crazy-something needs to be replaced in the door, but they said it’s normal

At that time, we explained that although our offices were closed, we would make every effort to have someone contact you as soon as possible for troubleshooting assistance, and we encouraged you to use the 24/7 support line provided for any urgent concerns. A member of our staff attempted to reach you on three separate occasions throughout the day but was unable to connect.

The staff was congenial. When I called and noted the technicians could not resolve over the phone why the refrigerator would not cool, they sent a replacement RV to my campground and helped transfer my effects into the replacement. The rest of the rental went very well and check-in was smooth.
