First I should start with the fact this was 'winter camping' in February and it was 17 degrees out, in the aftermath of a wicked ice storm when we picked up the trailer for a 3 week rental. Not the best camping weather! We headed directly south, and when we got to our destination, we discovered the first of several broken pipes. We called the Outdoorsy-provided customer support number and they set us up with a repair guy who cameout to us, which was great. It took 6 days to repair all the damage including ordering parts etc. Luckily we were in an ok place to stay 5 days longer than we had planned! Eric was a great host, supportive and responsive, and he worked directly with the repair guy throughout getting the repairs completed. He also refunded the 6 days we spent basically 'dry camping' till the various water lines were all repaired. Big kudos!

The RV was clean, nice, and roomy. We had a great time. Eric was super helpful and walked me through the RV to make sure I knew where everything was. Definitely recommend this rental.

RV had some issues. One of the leveling jacks was busted and hanging down. Refrigerator did not work on the inside. Had to try and put everything in small out door kitchen fridge. Found this out day of pickup.
Was told I would get 10% discount back. Been a month and still no refund and no return messages either. Outdoor kitchen was dirty and greasy. Outdoor fridge had dirt and hair in it. RV has no sewage tank so if your campsite has no sewer hook ups you have to haul this large sewage tank inside the RV or in your truck. Overall not a good experience !!!

We’re camper rookies and felt our experience was great! The camper slept my family with our 2 little kids very well. We loved the AC and water availability for our camping adventure. The trailer traveled well, no concerns. There was a fridge malfunction that Eric accommodated for the best he could. Communication was easy via text for any questions. The outdoor kitchen was one of the best features.

Trailer was more than we expected, it's in great condition, very spacious, and the price was very reasonable. The best feature is the outdoor kitchen, it makes cooking outside a breeze. Very spacious bathroom and living area. Kitchen was great and well-stocked. The kids loved their beds, and the master is very comfortable. Tons of storage space, more than you would need for a week of camping. The a/c worked great and kept us cool in 100+ degree heat index. Eric was great to work with, we will definitely be renting from him again.

Eric was great. It was our first time renting an RV, and he did a great job with the orientation. It was clean, the ac/heat worked great, and the fridge and freezer were perfect. The mattress was a little firm, but he had a memory foam topper on it and so we were pretty comfortable. My husband had no problem pulling it!
