Michael with JMB Outdoors went above and beyond our expectations in ensuring our rv rental vacation to Buchanan Lake was a total success. Prior to a purchase of our own Class C motorhome my wife wanted to rent one and handle all the activities herself in preparation for future trips out with her YaYa friends. Michael spent quite a bit of time explaining proper care and use of the RV. He then gave valuable information and recommendations on what to look for in our future purchase. I highly recommend JMB Outdoors and Michael. A great way to vacation.

First time RV renter and Michael made the entire process simple. From the moment I scheduled through returning the RV, he was very communicative and very quick to respond. The RV itself was perfect for our weekend getaway – two adults, small child, and a dog. RV was clean, well maintained, prepped and ready for use. Everything needed for our weekend was provided. Michael spent time orienting me with the RV to ensure I was confident using it and ready to take it for the weekend. I highly recommend renting from JMB Outdoors, very happy with everything.

Mike was great to work with and made the whole rental experience easy and pleasurable from beginning to end. We really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with him throughout the entire process. We loved the RV; it was clean, well maintained and drove well. It worked out great for our family of four plus our dog. This was our first experience renting an RV through Outdoorsy and we are happy to report that we would highly recommend it!

The vehicle worked perfectly, was clean, drove easily, and all the interior was exactly as advertised. Michael was timely with answering all of my questions (I was a first time RV'er) and in the handoffs of the equipment. He was organized and the material he had provided and posted where it was easily found made the operation simple even for a rookie.

We had an amazing weekend. I cannot imagine how it could have went more smoothly. The instructions on how to use the RV were comprehensive. Once we got to the campground it was a breeze to setup and use. Everything worked like it should, especially the bed that while small was very comfortable.

Vehicle was clean, as described, and well prepared for the intended trip. As first-time RV users, what really made the difference was Mike's patient introduction and responsiveness before, during, and after the rental period. First RV rental so some anxiety with such a big rig. John put me at ease and did a thorough walk through of everything. The RV has a number of queue cards to make it easy to recall how to use things. The RV was beautiful and in mint condition with everything you could possibly need. I just brought luggage and grabbed groceries. We drove out to boondock at a ranch so had all I needed for 4 days 3 nights. Drove well no issues getting groceries or gas. Able to make it down the dirt road to the camp spot in a flat field. First of many trips!

Excellent host to deal with. Very thorough walkthrough at pick up of everything on the RV. We had everything we needed for a quick camping trip and were comfortable in his very clean and well managed vehicle. The back porch and outdoor TV were awesome amenities on the trip and the RV had one of the bigger bathrooms I have seen on these vehicles.
