Overall, the RV was exactly as advertised, with the exception of a properly functioning water pump and a properly functioning oven. . The key issue is that the water didn’t work for the entire trip due to a broken part that should’ve been identified prior to my trip. As a result, we had to pay for showers (luckily we were at a location where we had that option). The management team was responsive when we notified them of the issue but were unable to help due to the repair that was required

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and unfortunately mechanical issues can pop up at the most inconvenient times. However the issue that came up is a part failed causing the problem you faced with little to no water coming out. We tested the oven on return and it takes a lighter to ignite it. We would have been happy to walk you through this process. We do our best to assure our units are in full functioning condition at pick up, however we can not predict future problems. Had a great experience renting with GTG. The staff of this family-owned business was super friendly and helpful and made the entire process from questions before even renting a unit to pickup to drop off so easy and understandable to first time renters like ourselves. Highly recommended!

The upgraded suspension system makes this Bounder drive like a dream. I had to drive in 40-50mph winds and wasn’t getting blown all over or off the road. Also the videos Dustin makes are so informative you won’t need to ask any questions. They set the standard for how an rv rental business should operate. Future rentals will only be booked with GTG.

It was a wonderful mix of learning and fun, especially since it was our first RV trip.
