My trip never happened. Confusion over the booking date and the owner saying she would move the time to after booked date to accommodate, then changed her decision the next day and not communicating at all. Once I understood she would not offer any change, I requested to pick up the trailer and she was not available. Slow or no response by phone or text when prior to the problem she communicated frequently and promptly. No response from Outdoorsy for help yet or assistance even though I called immediately to request assistance. I will take the necessary steps to file disputes with all parties to find some resolution.

Great 6 weeks. The Airstream travel trailer was as advertised, comfortable and ion great condition. Lindsay was quick to response to all our questions.

Lindsay was so helpful and accommodating. We had a great time borrowing her airstream in the Smokey Mountains and would definitely do it again!
