Honestly the bathroom issues on this trip destroyed the trip. Paying thousands of dollars and still having to try to repair an RV that isn’t yours is absurd. Maybe make sure your rentals will not have these issues. Not apologizing and being quick to blame us for the issues was really annoying. We didn’t do anything to make the connections come apart and we didn’t put holes in the sewer pipes. The drawer coming out under the table about took me out more than once u til I secured it. Telling me I just need to bend the metal hooks to make it not slam open is ridiculous. The total lack of cooking equipment and broken coffee maker is a whole other issue. The slight cosmetic issues of that motorhome were not an issue. However the bathroom connections should not come apart. The brakes shouldn’t squeak constantly when you knew we were taking g a cross country trip. I’m just happy nothing serious happened. No worries. You won’t be seeing us as renters again.

Your husband was a delight to speak with and I apologized to your husband but you refused to talk to us and stayed in the vehicle when the RV was return which didn't allow me to extend our apology. We did give you a discount upon return of your trip – your husband agreed to the amount and appreciated it.

The RV was perfect for our stay and was in great condition. The business owners were very professional and provided excellent communication and customer service. In all, it was another great experience with Williamson RV Rentals.

Overall, we had a nice time. The convertible bed not working made for an uncomfortable night for my daughter and son in law. They slept in the chairs. I would fix this before your next rental. Thank you for following up.

The team at Williamson RV was fantastic. This was our first time renting a camper and they spent as much time with me as I needed before pulling off the lot. They covered everything I would need before I got there and made sure we had everything we needed. When I had a question during the trip, they walked me through it. Our trip to Monroe was fantastic, in no small part because of Williamson. We will definitely be renting again.

We had RV service cancel our RV rental at 7:30pm the night before our trip with no warning or explanation. Williamson responded that night to a request and had us booked before 9pm and ready to go the next day. To me that is above and beyond 5 star service!

Let me start I had the RV plug in so not to drain the batteries, forgot I had it plug in and drove it to my house and realize I had no surge protector anymore. In the process of being upset at myself lock the door on the RV accidentally with the keys in it, by the way this is Sunday morning. I call Williamson and Kathryn answer there phone.
Kathryn delivered new surge protector and spare keys to get us on our way to Holiday World. I cannot tell you enough how grateful we are with the help and rental service. A BIG THANK YOU Kathryn!

Just got back from a most excellent camping trip at Brown County State Park! The camper was like a hotel on wheels - separate bedroom, so much storage space, all the convenience and comforts of home. Nice family space with the TV/Entertainment center and lots of seating that could quickly be converted to extra sleeping space.
And ... the fireplace provided a cozy place to unwind at the end of the day.

This camper was awesome! I’ve never had a camper with a king-size bed & a master suite. There was tons of storage as well as a nice big kitchen sink in an island. Plenty of room for the kids to have their own space in the bunk room too. Justin & Kathryn were great hosts. They were always quick to respond to our texts. Check in & check out was a breeze. They even had plenty of other suggestions for more places to check out on our next trip! Great experience all around!
