It was my first time hauling a trailer. We were given a thorough walk-through and instructions. I felt very confident driving and everything went very smoothly. Definitely ask how to get the speakers to play in the back of the trailer because we couldn’t figure it out. Comfortable and convenient.

The trailer was nice and met our expectations. Michelle is a prompt communicator. We had a very difficult time working with Outdoorsey trying to get drivers verified in the system; I spent several hours on the website and on the phone, only to be told that if the system doesn't verify, then we would have to cancel without any refund. The verification went though eventually. When we picked up the trailer (on time), we didn't have a hitch tall enough. So we drove to the nearest trailer store, purchased an adapter ($75), and returned to pick it up. Michelle charged us $100 extra for picking the trailer up late despite the fact that we returned within the hour pickup window. The rates are high compared to other rentals. We opted to rent from her because we live a few miles away, and thought it would be easy and convenient. Michelle is helpful and responsive, and her trailers are in great shape. I wish she didn't choose to penalize us, as if we, for some reason, wanted to waste hers and our time. If you wish to rent from her, be sure to read every word and detail of the agreement. While Michelle put the effort in to help solve problems, she also became very testy and defensive, expressing that we should be more appreciative of her willingness to allow us to go get the adapter so we could pull the trailer. Overall, we would not rent from this location in the future nor would we recommend this to anyone. This place proved to be far too expensive and not worth the hassle (negativity) for what we received.

Levi is a great little setup. Michelle gave us a thorough walkthrough of how to set up and break camp, including the rooftop tent, and everything went smoothly.

Wonderful experience with Michelle! So informative, helpful, great and timely communication. The trailer is so cute and perfect for us, we had many friends ask about it on our camping trip and the outdoor kitchen is perfect for meal prep and drinks!
