Shahar was a great host! He was flexible and helpful. We really enjoyed the van. The bed is super comfortable.

The owner was very available and helpful.
I am the ideal renter. I have owned my own RoadTrek Sprinter RV until last February.
I did not use the stove/propane, toilet, or water, which I never used in my own unit: I only cared about sleeping and the microwave.
I had to call the owner the first night to advise me again on how the heat controls worked (they are not intuitive), but he was easy to get in touch with and walked me through it.
The driver controls are not ideal. The steering wheel telescopes but does not tilt, so on a long drive I would find this disconcerting, but I was only going to and from a campground two hours away.

Hi Bennett, I am so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the van. Yes, the AC wasn't working, but we did provide a portable AC that worked very well (as previous renters said). And yes, the awning was broken, but we did provide a portable canopy. We had a lot of rentals and not enough time to fix these things before your arrival. We could have cancelled the trip but I thought we both agreed that that would have been an even worse option. We tried to provide everything you needed to a fun trip, and all of our previous renters thought everything was pretty great. And yes, everything is fixed now. Again, apologies for any inconvenience.

We had a great week long vacation in the Hymer Activ Loft 1.0. It was our first time in a class B RV. It was easy to drive and comfortable for sleeping. Shahar was a super host. He gave a very good orientation and was available by text to answer questions.

A great experience. Shahar was very thorough in explaining the van’s features and even had a print out for us to refer to should we need it for our trip. He was also very responsive to any questions we had while on the trip. The awning was broken when we rented it BUT shahar provided an alternative during the trip. Thank you for a great mother’s day/graduation trip for my mom, my sister and myself Shahar. Your Hymer Loft was an ease to drive- like a regular vehicle and parking was never an issue. I also loved the additional option to sleep 3-4 people with the Loft feature... i now want one for my future camper van 🤣. Thank you again!

My partner and I had an excellent time with the Hymer Aktiv Loft that Shahar provided. We are inexperienced campers and we took this camper-van to the mountains of western North Carolina where we spent 3 days on a campground, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. The van was very maneuverable on the road and when we arrived to our destination, it had absolutely all of the amenities and accommodations we could have possibly asked for. Most of what was provided with Shahar’s Hymer Loft came in handy during our stay. We spent the first full day on only the vans battery power and water supply before plugging up to shore power and the camps water. Shahar was excellent in giving us a rundown of the van and all of its specs before the trip. He was also quick to respond to us before and during our trip when we contacted him for any reason, which helped to make our experience very easy and more enjoyable. We would highly recommend booking this camper from Shahar to anyone!

Renting the Hymer Activ campervan was a super fun vacation for our family. There was ample room for all four of us plus our dog. We spent our days outside and enjoyed relaxing and playing games inside in the evening. We encountered several storms during our trip and stayed completely dry inside the campervan, which was great! Shahar, the host, was incredibly easy to work with, friendly, and very responsive to all of our messages and questions. Taking a family trip in a campervan was something we've always wanted to do, and we will definitely do it again! For a fun, adventurous, and unique vacation, I abslutely recommend renting the Hymer Activ campervan from Shahar.

We had a wonderful time hiking and camping out of this van. It was in great shape and had everything from twinkle lights to a loft that could easily sleep two. It was also well supplied, so we didn’t have to bring much. Everything worked well and it drove smoothly. Plus, Shahar was great to communicate with. Overall, highly recommend the van and we would rent it again.

Shahar's van was perfect. I took my two kids to the mountains for a little ski trip. We have a small piece of land in which we parked on that is completely off the grid and the van was self sufficient. We had heat, a great kitchen to cook in and plenty of room. The upper loft is very comfortable an easy to setup and break down, the bed in the rear is also very comfortable and easy to setup and take down. The van was also very easy to drive, with front wheel drive had good traction on gravel roads and has great mirrors so highway driving was safe. Great van, I will rent again!

I highly recommend this vehicle. It has everything you could ever need in a well thought out setup that is super easy to use. Shahar was also very easy to work with, thoughtful, and responsive. He explained how to use the features of the vehicle and answered questions along the way. I will definitely rent from Shahar again.
