I went when it was really rainy. But would love to try again in better weather! It’s a cool camper!

Paul was easy to work with and I would recommend anybody rent from Paul. Pick up and drop off was very easy and casual. The orientation for using the equipment was complete and thorough. Great little camper for two people and a dog.

The trailer was great, super clean and worked great for my wife and I's three nights at Cape Disappointment State Park (WA). Paul did a great jib walking me through the features and trailer beforehand. If the opportunity arises, we'll definitely rent from him again.

The Boondock 320 was just the right size for towing with our Lexus 350 RX. Paul helped make it easy with a good walkthrough on the systems. Drop off was easy also.

In short: Paul doesn't seem to know his own trailer well. He doesn't clean it or maintain it or check the tanks before renting it out. He gets full rate for a trailer based on cute pictures posted online, and by the time I figured out it was not fully functional, it was too late. I will not rent from him again. Here's the detail on what happened: This was my first opportunity to rent with Outdoorsy, and I was super excited for the chance to try out this cute TAB trailer. I have almost no experience with trailers, but was joining a large group of friends who were avid RV and Camper experts. When I arrived at the campgrounds, my group of experts came over to help me get my camper all set up -- that's when the idyllic vision of my vacation started to crack. The trailer could not be detached from my truck due to an issue with the trailer/lift. That felt unfortunate, but nothing anyone could have expected. Then we got the water hooked up, and my friends checked my tanks to find them full. The best way to handle that problem was to not use the bathroom or the kitchen in the trailer (two key reasons to have a trailer in the first place, so that was a pretty major disappointment) To make matters worse, there was already a giant poop and a mess of toilet paper in the toilet. Unwilling to withstand the smell for the duration of our trip, I had to borrow a plunger from the maintenance people at the camp group to unclog the toilet. This was beyond disgusting, and obviously gave me concerns as to whether the owner had cleaned or disinfected the trailer prior to our rental period. I was able to get the toilet unclogged, and ran water from the shower/bathroom to clean up the literal sh*t that was out of the bowl and around the toilet during the required plunging and clean up. I was in communication with the owner during my trip, and while he was "sorry to hear that" he didn't do anything so solve the problems for us. I returned the trailer, and asked the owner if he had any plans to make right for the inconvenience of not being able to use the shower/toilet or kitchen (not to mention the poop mess) and he apologized again, but offered no other resolution for the issues. So I paid a premium for a cute trailer with a mess of problems, and was not offered anything more than "sorry" for the condition and issues.

The trailer was perfect for our first time towing a trailer. It was clean and cozy. Paul was great, gave us a tour, was flexible with pick up, and answered questions during our trip.

We travelled and lived in this T@B 320 for 21 days during October 2020. We drove from Portland down the coast of Oregon and California, stopping at our mid-point just north of San Diego. We then drove the eastern side of the Sierras to Lake Tahoe and then back to Portland via Eagle Lake in Mt Lassen Nat Forest and central Oregon near Bend.We loved this little T@B trailer. It is small, but very well designed. It served us well on our 21 day trip. One of our goals was to see if we could tow it with our Toyota Sienna minivan. It did this well: we crossed over multiple 8000+ ft passes on the trip without issue.Paul was great to work with on setting up the rental. Only minor issue that it occasionally took him a while to respond to messages.Overall, great little trailer. We would definitely rent again.
