This was our first time using Outdoorsy and we LOVED the experience. Damon and Vickie went above and beyond in so many ways. They have youtube videos showing the camper and all the necessary steps for setting it up properly. They were so friendly and communicated everything clearly. In addition, they went out of their way to provide some extras in the camper to make it feel like home. (Towels, cleaning products, s'mores and popcorn, camping chairs, etc.) In terms of the camper space, we are a family of 5 plus a dog and we found it to be the perfect size. During a downpour there was plenty of room for us to sit around the table, and the sleeping arrangements worked great for us. We did add the king size conversion to our rental, which was nice. We would 100% rent from them again.

Damon is an experienced owner, who has made some clever and useful modifications to his trailer. For example, he sends the trailer out with a drill to quickly deploy the 6 stabilizer jacks which make the trailer super stabilized. He put together a series of videos that are very helpful concerning the trailer, its use, and servicing (like how to empty and flush out the grey/black water.).
The trailer itself is very clean, and the queen bed is extremely comfortable. Great experience!
