Bill's 2016 Mercedes Sprinter drives very smoothly and is easy to maneuver. The van is full equipped with propane heat and on demand hot water, as well as a generator. It is clean and very well maintained. Bill walks through all the systems and is available if questions arise. I had a lovely stay for a week.

This was our first ever camping/camper trip.
Mr. Toro was very thorough in going over the rig and all its functions, which were quite a few! We especially appreciated him answering the call about inevitable question or two right away. We could see that he really wanted us to have a great time with the camper.
The camper was clean and everything worked. we had no issues whatsoever. And he had the paper work all ready so we were able to get our trip started without any delay.
The only regret is that the trip was short ;-)

We had a blast in Bill's van. My 4 year old could not stop talking about the "Hokie Van". Everyone had a great time and slept comfortably! Would recommend to anyone and would do it again.

The camper worked well for our needs. Bill promptly answered our questions before booking. His orientation quickly helped us get up to speed and travel with confidence. He accommodated our pickup and drop off schedule. Although the microwave was not working, he communicated this prior to our trip.

Bill is extremely professional and conscientious. The van is in tip top shape and he does a great job explaining how to safely operate the vehicle and all the equipment.

I could not be more happy with my experience. The RV was lovely and William and his family could not have been more hospitable. I definitely plan to use him again next time I am in the area.
