Andrew has been great to work with. In full disclosure, we had to cancel our booking because of COVID-19 concerns. Andrew was incredibly understanding and accommodating due to this worldwide pandemic and the chaos it is causing. We have rented through Outdoorsy and other companies in the past and Andrew was one of the easiest and most responsive people with whom I have worked. We will be renting from him in the future.
