Han training before at pick up was complete and we did not have any need to contact him even if it was the first time for us travelling with a RV.

The experience with this RV through the Canadian Rockies has been incredible! With the airport pick-up and drop-off option, Han was completely flexible, which made it perfect to adapt to our travel plans. The vehicle was just as expected — good, comfortable, and reliable. It was definitely worth it!

We had a fantastic time! Han was a great, friendly, helpful, and communicative host who made things very easy. Our RV worked perfectly and our trip was spectacular. Would absolutely rent again.

Han was a great “host”. As a first time RV renter Han walked me through…the important parts. Great communication throughout, which is important. Pick-up and drop-off were easy.
RV is 11 years old and has some “miles” on it but everything was in working condition.

Han was very communicative prior to booking the RV as well as during the whole trip. He even sent a teaching video in advance so we would know how to work everything! It was very helpful and gave us peace of mind for what to expect.
The RV itself was good but could use some TLC for some touch ups. It’s not a new RV so it needs some minor maintenance, but everything works and is completely functional! We went from Calgary to Tofino and back and had a great trip!

Almost a perfect trip for 7 nights.
Vehicle was what I was expected, and was all good except a couple of nights, when the heater stopped working. Quick fix, but it was cold nights.
Everything else was good conditions for the vehicle built in that year. Thank you very much for taking care of us!!
