Well, let me just say that dealing with Michael was the best experience I could've ever asked for.I was having renovations done in my home that would take a week and thought it would be fun for my son and I to go camping until it was complete. I have never owned a camper before and I needed one pretty quickly.He met me at the site and had it all set up before I even arrived. :)He took the time to show me everything about using the camper, and answered all my questions… Sometimes twice if I needed him to.He was always available by phone if I needed him, in fact, he drove all the way to the camper (almost an hour one way) when I told him we were out of propane.....AND WASNT THE LEAST BIT AGGRAVATED WHEN WE DISCOVERED I READ THE GUAGES WRONG ON BOTH TANKS!You cannot ask for anything better than that!I'm a female, and I rented this camper with my four year old son for a week. I felt extremely comfortable dealing with Michael this entire time.Sincerely,Jackie
