Went well up until the end. Dumped gray and black as I was asked to, but didn't realize there was a second gray tank drain in the front of the trailer. Spent 20 dollars and drove 30 minutes to do the dump where we were assisted in dumping by the KOA staff, only to realize once we were back in town that the other gray drain was even there. I was up front and honest with Kim and let her know that I hadn't realized the drain was there. Instead of charging partial we were charged 100 dollars for the dump which does not cost even close to that to do. Disappointed to say the least.

Just to clarify your signed stating that we charge a $100 fee to dump grey/black water if not dumped when returned. The purple instruction binder was pointed out when the rental started on directions on dumping, using the propane, and filling up the trailer with water. I also offered for you to reach out if needed. This fee is listed when renting the trailer as well. I apologize that you are disappointed on the fees that we charge. We do appreciate you returning the trailer clean with no damage.

Jason and Kim’s trailer was spotless and like new. Everything was great inside and out and the owners we very organized. Jason and Kim were very easy to work with and made sure our trip was perfect. We will definitely rent this trailer again!

I would highly recommend this unit from Jason and Kim. My wife and I had a wonderful vacation with our four children. They provided us with clear instructions that were easy to follow. The whole process was smooth and efficient in picking up the unit and dropping it off.

Jason and Kim were very accommodating and helpful. The camper was great and equiped with everything we needed. It was our first experience with a camper and we're hooked. Definitely recommend it.

It was clean and everything worked well. I would add a thicker memory
Pad on the Murphy bed as even the kids remarked it was really hard, but that is a preference thing.
They were kind and available for questions as we figured things out the first few days. We had kiddos around and the last evening the keys were

Took down camp looking everywhere. We felt awful. He was cordial about it and did not get mad, which I really appreciate. We agreed that payment for a new set of keys was fair if we did not find them. We didn’t. Everything worked really well and we would recommend them.

This trailer was immaculate and super comfortable! It was super spacious as well. It could easily and comfortably work for a whole family. Kim was easy and quick to communicate with as well. We would recommend this trailer to anyone!
