The host was very responsive and very thorough on instructions and presentation of the RV Rental. However, the 3rd party “Outdoorsy” emailed me, not called me, a week out before my rental date and a blank statement that there was an issue with the scheduled RV that I picked and they were going to refund me and go look for another one. This was unacceptable. At a minimum, Outdoorsey should have done the leg-work to find me a replacement. I called them and stated I’m a week out from picking up the RV on a holiday weekend and needed assistance. They did find me a replacement in a timely manner but I was charged the same price for a lower model. It was older and didn’t have the original amenities and most importantly it didn’t have a slide out. I was very disappointed in not accommodating me with their issue. Again, the Host was fabulous. Outdoorsy, not so much. I will not be using them again for future rentals

We had a great experience with the RV. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and exactly what we needed for Mom’s birthday camping trip. Everything worked as expected, and Jerry and Martina made the entire process easy from pickup to return. We really appreciated their flexibility, communication, and hospitality. Would absolutely rent from them again.

Jerry and Martina made the entire experience as easy and seamless as possible. They were very communicative and helpful. I greatly appreciate them. The RV ran smoothly, everything functioned well, and I am extremely happy to have rented it. You know what you are renting up front, the price is good, and everything you need is provided. I strongly recommend this or any of their RVs.

Generator didn’t work which didn’t provide air conditioning in the cabin. Quite miserable with family and small children while driving through 100 degree temps. Jerry was rude at drop off. Left a nasty voicemail. Martina was polite at pickup.

Jerry stepped up after the fiasco of the other rental with Adrian. Jerry went out of his way to completely satisfy everything that I needed for this trip. He even picked me up in simarn hills and loaded up his su. V with all our stuff. And he just made the trip worthwhile. I highly recommend him.

Our trip was wonderful and Jerry and Martina helped make it so easy and even more special!
They were so nice and communicative! They explained everything so well! The RV was very clean and came with everything we needed and more! We will absolutely rent from Jerry and Martina again and would absolutely recommend them and this RV!!

We had a great experience. We had never RV'd before, and Jerry and Martina were incredibly helpful. The RV was very comfortable, and easy to drive and live in. WE had 4 adults and 2 kids very comfortably set up. We had everything we needed from cookware to plates/ cereal bowls, stuff for kids, camp chairs, outdoor rug, bbq, swiffer, towels, sheets, blankets, coffee! It was easy to do hook ups, use the generator sometimes, and all the logistics. Airport pick up and drop off was great. Cannot recommend more. We also had a small accident with the vehicle and it was very easy to communicate w J+M and Outdoorsy.

Martina and Jerry were excellent hosts/owners to work with! They were communicative, easygoing, and helpful. They took time to show us newbies how everything works, had the RV nicely set up for us and made everything smooth and easy. The RV was just as described and they had it well-stocked with everything we might need. Thank you for sharing your RV with us!

We had a truly wonderful trip from start to finish! We rented Martina and Jerry’s RV for three weeks, and from the very beginning they were welcoming, flexible, and incredibly helpful with information and advice. Meeting Martina in Denver to take over their RV was such an exciting moment for us, and throughout our journey they stayed in touch and made themselves available whenever we had questions. Their kind communication gave us an extra feeling of safety and comfort, which we really appreciated.

We absolutely loved our rental experience. Martina gave us a very thorough tour of the RV and explained all the features in detail. We flew into Denver and the fact that the RV had everything we could possibly need made our trip so easy. It was extremely comfortable for my husband, me and our 2 young grandchildren. It was so clean and in great shape. We would easily rent from Martina and Jerry again!
